RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Cocolens, customer satisfaction, hygiene, and product safety are important to us. Because contact lenses are personal-use products that come into direct contact with the eyes, special return conditions apply.

14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Opened or Used Contact Lenses

For hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses that have been opened, worn, used, or have a broken or altered safety seal cannot be returned or exchanged, except when the product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or believe a product may be defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may request your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.

After reviewing the claim, Cocolens will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

For eligible returns made because the customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to an error by Cocolens or a confirmed issue with the product, we will provide an appropriate resolution and cover applicable costs when required.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Restocking Fee

Cocolens does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.
